I want to turn off skimmer every night for 30 minutes when dosing ab+ but I cant seem to figure out how or where to put timers to make skimmer go off and on. Ugh

Your code is correct. It should run the skimmer 24 hours per day, except it should turn off at 17:23 and turn back on at 17:54 (because the If Time values are inclusive, so it will remain off through 17:53:59 and turn back on at 17:54:00).

If it's not following that schedule, first confirm the Skimmer output slider on your dashboard is set to AUTO, and also confirm your Apex clock and timezone are set correctly.
