Apex Fusion lost userid/passwd

All of a sudden the Apex fusion app no longer remembers the userid/passwd and there is no link to reset or forgot userid/password.

do I need to reset and start from scratch?

update: the web version has a way to reset. Opportunity for Apex team.

Are you talking on the local system or the web?

It was through app but I was able to go to desktop version and reset it.
