Please for the love of anything that's holy help me, this thing has given me nothing but stress from day one. I've been disconnected from my Apex for weeks and trying to connect multiple times with no success. Here is the issue I'm running into now and the background:

-Apex had been running over wifi for over a year now, was able to reconnect after various power outages
-Suddenly noticed a few weeks ago that I couldn't access Apex from Fusion, app said Apex was disconnected
-Restarted modem
-Restarted router
-Reset Apex wifi by pushing reset button for 6 second till light turned blue
-Found Apex local wifi on laptop
-Connected to Apex wifi
-Navigated to Apex.Local
-Selected the 2G wifi it's always been connected to and entered password
-Get the popup that says "please wait a few minutes"
-Light on Apex turns from blue to green, stays at green for a few seconds, then switches to white AND THEN THE LAPTOP ALWAYS LOSES THE APEX WIFI SIGNAL. It never goes past white and ALWAYS disconnects from the Apex after a few seconds of being on the white light. I get disconnected from the Apex.Local and have to start all over again. Did this at least 5 times.

PLEASE HELP ME. What is going on. Anyone.

You might need to contact Neptune Support. After a reboot, the logo should either switch to orange, or if it remains blue then it's still in WiFi setup mode. But stopping on white is not normal.
