It's really difficult to see the tentacles clearly in the video, but it appears to be coming from the white tube, right? If so, I would be inclined to think it's a feather duster.

This was my thought also. I enlaged the video and it appears to be coming out of the white encrusted tube. My vote, if it matters, is also a feather duster.
