Aptasia or worm?

Hey everyone! first post here i have just set up my first reef tank! And ive had some hitchhikers, any id on these guys they are super small and retract when touched.

They look like hydroids to me. It's possible they could be aiptasia but the tentacles appear to be extremely thin. The photos are rather blurry to be sure.

Hydroids will have a visible tube that the tentacles come out of. These tubes will still be visible when the tentacles retract. If the entire animal retracts when you disturb it then it's likely Aiptasia. I still can't say for sure from the pics.
