I want to compliment the AquaSD team for their quality of service. I decided to order the first corals for my tank from them during the January 30/31 online sale. My shipment was caught in the weather debacle that ensued in the following weeks. All 6 corals were DOA. Ramon reached out and assured me they would replace the items when I placed an order in the future.

I couldn't resist and ordered 6 more corals in the February 27/28 online sale. All 12 corals were delivered last Friday. All survived and all are looking good.

Since these were the first corals for my tank, I stuck with the lower priced ones during the sales. I didn't want to risk killing them due to something I might have done wrong in the tank. Nonetheless, the AquaSD team treated me and my orders professionally as if I had ordered an $800 beauty.

I thank you, and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Asd is always awesome! Only thing I have ever had happen was today..had a 3 head hammer sent..great neon hammer/splatter..but ordered a different hammer.
