I had a forced downsize, had to go sumpless.
Ordered a 50 lagoon.
Have 20# of stax and 20# of marco boulders.

Playing with it now. These are extremely fun!

Ahhh yes they are! So many options!! Love em!

I love products that are game changers!

Aquaforest “game changer”

Waterbox Aquariums “game changer”

STAX “ Game changer”!

So looking forward to the new Kore 7th doser!!

Oops did I let the cat out of the bag?? [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

Nice doser for sure.
(Huge GHL guy here though)...

I almost went with waterbox, I just liked the lagoon dimensions a bit more, it just reminded me of another cube.

I'll still be running full line of AF, very happy so far with it.

Thats called overdose, inadequate filtration, etc... not the food.

I do like AF foods, powerfully concentrated, so go easy.

I agree. I only use Aquaforest foods. They are very concentrated and work very very well!

Congrats. I understand not wanting to post pictures of the uglies, but we should feel fine, since it's natural. But especially, the brownies. If you did every perfect and managed it perfectly, you still couldn't escape the brownies with all that new equipment.

Maybe you covered it and I forgot, but what was your decision not to wrap the overflow in rock below the weir? I suspect the rock would have encroached too much into the middle of the tank?

How do you like the reactor? I like the idea of the pad between two plates. Soon I’ll be doing a custom 110 AF build. Getting everything in now, have a basement full of AF products, got my ghl dosers. Trying to decide on reactors for the phosphate minutes and zeo and carbon. Ill be using a calcium reactor on mine though. Thanks, look forward to your opinion

I decided not to wrap the overflow in rock for a couple of reasons.

1. I loved the fact that I have a nice reflection of the rear of the rock work in front of it. This will allow a 3D view of the corals once they are grown in.

2. I liked the contrast of it. After I did both sides I stopped and looked at it.... yep it’s complete.

I agree the uglies are all part of it. If I didn’t get them I think I’d be more worried than having them. Lol

Thank for coming along on the journey!

Love the reactor! I actually have two of them! [emoji6]

One of the reactors I have Life Bio Fil in it and the other I have Phosphate minus and AF Carbon. [emoji4]

Awesome, I’m considering one reactor for each.

Yes they are awesome! Very nice quality [emoji4]

Great idea splitting it up a little. In the future I might add Zeomix to the carbon/ phosphate minus Reactor. The triple stack. [emoji16]

Wow what a impressive build. You weren't kidding on the military precision. haha. Anyways thank you for your service brother and I look forward to seeing how these reactors work for you. I have never been much of a reactor guy but am considering running one for phosphate control.
