What is the scoop supposed to mix out to?

It has 10liter as a top mark. If I fill the scoop to the 10liter line and dump it in 10 liters of water what is aquaforest saying the Salinity should be? 33ppt 34ppt or 35 ppt?

I think that's what they're saying, so 2 scoops should have you covered but I really never perfectly measure out 5 gallons of water every time so I usually came in low and then used my refractometer to find the sweet spot at 35ppt (or 1.026).
