Hello everyone,
Recently got an aquamaxx 1.5 and attached it to my sump. I primed it, and got the intake working today as well as a good skimmate building. But now 4 to 5 hours later the skim has reduced significantly and is not producing enough foam to go anywhere /build surface tension to climb up the middle skimming tube. Is this normal? Does it just mean I need more things to skim?
All the tubes are attached correctly/tightly and no kinks In them. Since I literally just set this up today I don't expect build up in the yellow line or silencer to be an issue. Here's a picture of just how thin the skim is even though it's producing plenty of bubbles
