Leak test passed, but the center brace disconnected from one side and there is slight bowing.

you can see the center brace against the back glass of aquarium in second photo. The bow in the front is fairly slight but enough to pop that off of one side

how difficult is this to fix?
You should never see the blow. If visible that is no good. It with break or permanently bend over time.
frame or brace required if you ask me

the bow is visible if I look down the length of the tank, very slight, not noticeable if looking at it from front but I’m going to get this rebraced top and bottom.

220+ gallons on the floor is a no go in the house

Took 20 gallons out and the bow is already gone, can’t get center brace back to top, catches on bottom

will be replacing top and bottom brace entirely now. Not a drop outside of tank tho so seals are good…

Had a friend come by yesterday to help me game plan top bracket/frame…

he mentioned garage being slightly sloped and that the lean in garage may be responsible for forward tilt in aquarium, especially considering a relatively small weight reduction removed the bow…

we are still reinforcing it, just curious if that made logical sense

So finding a replacement frame is next to impossible pre-made

I can make one out of aluminum fairly inexpensively, any have any trouble issues I should look for? It would be the top frame
