I wouldnt call it an emergency.

I would change it up and build something lower to allow for coral growth. I like to make overhangs, caves, and overall a fairly minimal scape. Here's a random one I found in google images of what I prefer, could even do without the tall center section.

The only thing I don't love about this second scape is that the rock stack is right against the back wall. I think most like to leave a little space for water flow behind the rock stack.

Sorry didn't realize i hit the emergency tag, dont some corals like to be close to the light source? Too much rock?

I would first determine what your plan for stocking the tank is going to be, then you can determine a height and design. I dont think its too much rock, I do think it looks like something plastic I would get for a freshwater tank from the local fish store. I would create more of a rubble, natural formation feel.

Ultimately, its what you like that matters.

with cubes, less is more. i like the look, but i agree that if you place corals on the sides, anything above could cast shadows on things below. personally would remove some rocks, and make arches
