But what is your opinion.Im an arch and underpass guy to help water circulate and let fish swim thru and about

My opinion is that there needs to be more levels, more structure. It should be built with height. Making it much taller allows you to tier your layers to target a range of par light levels so it will open up your options for different types of corals. Also, the variety in the sizes of crevices allow you to introduce the fish you want in different sizes and give them places to hide from other fish that may bully them.
I second this. Its more or less about having a plan on what you want to do with the tank in the long run. I have changed my scape multiple time because I lacked a plan. I highly recommend thinking about fish coral etc. Do some digging and go from there. My personal preference is for NSA scapes, but that is just what I find appealing. YOU are the one who has to look at the tank, so what you find enjoyable is what is important. The only advice I can, or will, give is... Make sure you have what is best for the stock you intend. Caves, hiding places, good flow, ect ect...
There is one on the top left, but I will look into a surface skimmer. In addition to your rock work. Because of your filtration setup, you may want to add a small surface skimming filter, or a power head that points up. If you don’t, you’ll have a film of surface scum that will develop into a problem. Either option shouldn’t cost more than $30-$40.
