Dave,

Do the fixtures include the hardware to expand the fixture to 23.25" or is that purchased separately?

Got my light in today and mounted. Wasn't hard at all. Running 2-ATI Coral Plus, 1-ATI Blue Plus, and 1-ATI True Actinic and man does the additional light make a different. Very bright and I bet my corals are gonna love the additional PAR from them. First thing my son said was wow that is bright. Did a quick measure and now getting 315 PAR in the middle of the tank. Was in the 230 range before adding the T5. I did the test using the older Apogee before the new one with LED. Starting out running them from 11AM - 1PM and will increase it an hour a week until I get to maybe 5 hours.

I tell you this, you want to see the true colors of everything that you do have in your tank and you are running LED with more blue, add T5s. My fish colors even look better to me and I haven't had it setup more than a few hours. Think I am ready to start adding more SPS.

Here is my normal schedule without T5

Here is one with the T5 and LED

Please excuse my phone pictures. But you can definitely see the RBTA with the T5 on.

I know I can adjust my LED to look like it does with the T5 supplement, but I cannot get the PAR readings that I am getting with the LED alone.

@AquaticLifeProducts Do you have any side view drawings available to share of the T5 fixture itself showing the mounting channel and exact dimensions of the housing (not the connection plate)?

Curious about what others who are using Radions are setting their colors at. I'd originally used the AB + settings but wondering if I should change it now that they're paired with the T5s. At this point I'm working towards a mixed reef.

@AquaticLifeProducts, I'm looking at your 60" light, but a lot of prior reviews for the smaller sizes have stated the cables are on opposite ends which make it hard to route the wires to the power source. Have you guys updated that with the new 60" unit?. Also are you guys making a larger unit than the 60" that would fit the RedSea 750XXL much better? Thanks!

The cables will always be on opposite sides for balance and production reasons. The 61" is using longer power cords, around 8'.

The 61" will be the largest unit, most people wanted us to keep the lamps at 4 total and a 72" would have us using 8.

@AquaticLifeProducts, last question, the 60" says it comes with Radion brackets. Can you confirm how many? I have 3 lights, so trying to figure out if I would need to order more brackets. Thanks!

The 61" will have 4 pairs of the universal bracket for the Radion's plus 4 of the 4" round brackets for Kessil.

@AquaticLifeProducts Do you have any idea when the international channels are going to get the new brackets/etc?
If they have not shown up locally, send me an email at [email protected] with your contact number and I can sell them to you. I know there is one Canadian distributor that has received them in the Ontario area but they may not have shown up at stores yet.
