Just an observation, serious kudos to Aquatic Life for getting on this & helping out. Very cool.

I’m more likely to buy from them now as a result. And, I think most reasonable folks would disregard the venting of old frustration here and focus on what they did to help the original thread starter out.

@AquaticLifeProducts you guys are simply amazing. I have absolutely "zero" issues with my fixture. The mounts you guys provided for the sBars are doing exactly what they are supposed to do, hold the sBars steady in place. Great product!!!

We did try to work with you but you would not give us the details needed to contact the reseller for your order. The reseller is a good company and we know they would have replaced the lamp damaged in shipping, as they had for other customers in the past, but you did not want that resolution 5 years ago. We even offered to contact them for you.
