We have our main grow out pieces in relatively low light under reef brutes getting just a few hours of indirect halides. We also have a colony in the bottom of our main display tank which reaches over 300 par at peak.


They do not seem to be extremely picky when it comes to placement.

I’ve heard they don’t ship well. Have you had any problems during shipment? I had one melt within a week of receiving.
