So my LFS got a new shipment today from the Red Sea which is awesome except for the fact that they're all species of butterflyfish! They're some of the most beautiful fish I've ever seen but they're corallivores so don't think it's possible...some of them are young and small so my only thought was to try and quarantine it with a dead coral skeleton and press food into where polyps would be...after a while try to move both the fish and dead coral into DT and when he gets hungry he eats only from it...idk if this would work or not...if anyone has suggestions, go ahead

Are those fish superimposed into the picture? I would def want to see the fish in person because I don't trust those photos. Never kept butterflyfish though so no idea if theres any easier ones to keep. Those prices are crazy cheap 650 thai baht is only 24.78 cad. They would be at least 200 in my area so 5,247.94 Thai Baht

There's nothing I can do to prove it online but I have no reason to lie. Those pics have not been altered in any way.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I thought those pics were taken by the LFS and posted online and with the cheap prices it seemed like it could be a scam. Wasn't accusing you if anything I didn't realize you took the pictures yourself my apologies. Are you allowed to collect wild corals in thailand? That could be an option to keep it fed.

Unfortunately that's illegal, but good brainstorming...I mean, some people (I'm not saying I agree with this) believe that if a fish gets hungry enough it will eat whatever is available but I have at least part of a heart...

Aurigas are common and easy to keep. Pakastani is relatively easy (it is what I have). Four spot are possible but difficult. The others are pretty difficult and aren't usually in the trade in the U.S.
