Are gyre pumps good and how many would you get for a 180 gallon tank?

I have 2 xf 230s in my 4 foot 55g. I've had them for ~9 months? I love them, as do my anemones. I love them so much that I'm about to order 2 xf250s for the 60x30x24 I just put a deposit on.

Only advice I have is to clean them periodically.. Otherwise there's a noticeable loss of water movement and noise.

I have an XF150 and XF250 on my 6' 180g DT. I love them. I like controlling them on the APEX with the program that BRS demonstrated. However, I'd had failures with the IceCap modules that are disappointing. The advanced controller is very good. The pulse modes however don't allow time for flow to establish in a 6' tank, in my opinion.

I'm using two XF-250's on a 4x2x2 120g, one on each end of the peninsula and love them. Plenty of flow and they vary between 30 and 50%. Anymore and I get a sand storm. I used to control them via Apex but find the new controller much easier using the built-in programs.
