I found these white things in my bucket after a water change on my QT tank. Are these some kind of worm/parasite? Should I change my QT treatments? I’ve been treating my two new clownfish proactively with copper and metroplex since 12/27/20, and did a freshwater dip when I first got them.

Hi,

No, those are not parasites, they seem to be either fecal pellets or simple detritus. In virtually every case, anything you see not on or in a fish is not a parasite. The only time you’ll see worm parasites free n a tank is when you’ve killed them by using an antihelmenthic drug, and the worms have died and be expelled from the fish.
I would continue your quarantine treatment as you have been.

Thank you! It's my first QT so I wasn't sure.
