Hi Everyone,

I've started to notice these little white balls on appearing on the walls of my aquarium and the only thing I can think that they are is snail eggs but wanted to be sure. I have nerites and banded trochuses. Thoughts?

Most likely spirorbid worms, harmless filter feeders that form a shell.
I think you've hit the nail on the head. I read an article on them and it said they are very fond of coral food and they started popping up right around the time I start dosing reefroids.

Thanks!

Spirobid worms. You can simply scrape them off into a net with an old credit card and discard them
