Are these tiny feather dusters?

I just started seeing these little...er, guys? There are at least 6 I can see. One’s nestled in the middle of some zoas, others nearby extending from the rock nice the colony. It retracts in a flash if a fish swims too close. My first thought was aiptasia(which to date I’ve never had), but the “arms” aren’t to my eye smooth-tentacle-like but “feathered”-and fwiw I had a feather duster in the tank from January thru April(RIP). So...it’s possible? What do you think? Can anyone discern from my photo?
