Good morning all,

I am looking into using Arka rock for my new tank and have been looking at the Arka flying reef pieces. They come in 30, 40, 50 and 60cm but is that height or width? I have tried emailing them and a few other people but had no responses.

Any help with this is much appreciated.

Do they have a customer service number you could call?

I would imagine they are irregular shaped, with one dimension being the length and the other dimensions being close or a little smaller to the measurement. You could probably position them vertically or horizontally.

They only speak German when I called.

this is the only photo they give from all 4 sizes. You can only use it as designed with the flat base.
I assume the size given is height but who knows?!?

Well that's not helpful then, is it? I found this video. Is it meant to build intho the shapes you want or does it come preformed?

Comes preformed in a single piece. Thanks for your help with this Bleigh!
Sorry I don’t actually know anything about that brand. LOL. Would be more helpful if I did.

Of course, it would be MOST helpful if a preformed structure had all three dimensions.

Nah not a fan of ultimate reef at all I'm afraid. I am a member but find Reef2Reef far more helpful and less negative.

Fair enough, it's where all the fellow Scottish guys are though. But i know what you mean.

Nice one on the youtube channel btw. I have watched a few of your videos.
Thanks, trying to improve each video.

I'm not a big socialiser to be honest as I run my own business and work 7 days a week without exception. I'll maybe check it out again at some point and see how things are over there.

If you have a build on the go, which it sounds like you do? You can get a build thread badge that links to your build thread. If you click on mine it will take you to my most recent build.
