I saw it right in front of my eye.

There's a cut on the side of it now and I think it's about to split.

What should I do?

Well, at least the title brings an image of a worm with hairy toes :)

We removed three of those from our tank. My wife insisted there was four, but I think my moving a rock one was in was seen by her as a fourth as we haven't seen one since and it's been almost six months I think. Creepy things!!! I hope someone has actual, useful info on your nem for you though!

I woke up and it didn't split.

It seems okay right now.

I bought it a few days ago. I think it bleached at the store but it's coming back.

No I didn't.

I've tried trapping it but it won't fall for it
OK.

I ended up removing the rock he lived in and dipped the thing in fresh water.

I've been looking for one of those are you able to sale/ship it

This is crazy. Thus far in 2019, quite a few Bobbits emerging in member tanks.

What’s the most likely way to end up with a bobbit in your tank? Rando non-qt rock?

Hitch-hiking and they are very sly in storing themselves.
