My original two Tsunami lids failed and were replaced (a 22g and 25g). I chose to order from this company two more times as I was happy with the service. My classic red sea lid is holding up but I made the mistake of ordering another Tsunami lid as I was told they were made stronger and would be replaced under a 1 year warranty if I had issues.
The lid is breaking and cracking in under a year and they will not replace it. They offered 30% off. They stated because they already replaced two other ones prior that they would not replace this one but they also told me those previous ones were defective. Not sure why defective products should be an argument for anything.
Here is a snip of them saying my older lids had known issues and would cover new lids as well:
After telling them my issues, I was denied warranty because of my previous defective lids. FYI the repair was the overflow cutout not fitting correctly and nothing to do with the tsunami pieces.
You tell me you stand behind your products in one post then take a 360 in another when I have a problem. All I want is my 1 year warranty. I promise never to order another Tsunami again but would like to continue to use classic lids.
