@Stang67 I can help with the timing question (as far as I can tell) if you are referencing the impulse mode, T1 is the on time of the pump and T2 is the total cycle time so if you set T1 to 5 seconds and T2 at 15 seconds, the pump will run for 5 seconds and stop for 10 seconds then start the cycle again.

What can I do to prevent the magnets from your PSK pumps from swelling up inside the housing? Also where is the best place to buy replacement impellers for your PSK series? It seems like the only way to get one is with a new pump atm.

To be honest since every tank is different, every program is different. I have mine somewhat zeroed in, but I'm still adjusting timing and power.

I do like the impulse setting and having counterphase on opposite sides but other than that its what your tank likes.

The app shows a temperature sensor but doesn't work(blank). I'm not sure if I have the box still.

So there are two versions of the pumps. One with and one without. You might have the one without temp which I run a 7, an earlier version and I get the same as your picture. I just bought a 9 with the temp icon on the box but haven’t tested my theory. But I think that’s why you/I get that not connected issue.

So when I buy a pump why don't you come with different sizes for the hoses, I shouldn't need to buy another pump just to get the other size, case in point 1.0 vs 2.0 pump.

You can easily adapt your current pump with other fittings you do not need to buy another pump.

I would look at the 1000 then. But we have a great DC replacement that has amazing features it is called the PSK 1200 SDC

I have the first gen of the skimmer, the other brand, it has the Shark 2.0 motor on it, the impeller went bad on it and they were expensive, I heard that you have a DC pump for it now, which one would it be. Right now I have another brand DC pump on it and like the versatility of it.

Really hope you can help. I had 3 pumps go out on me within a month, two of them within days. 9.0 syncra , 7.0 syncra , and 6.0 all brand new. Two dry run one blockage and can’t get any of them back on. There is plenty wanted, never was dry, and no blockage. Last pump went out last night and lost about $5,500 worth of coral. Hoping fish make it. PLEASE HELP!
