I’ve been battling dino’s for 2-3months. Tank is up about 9 months. The dino’s started to outcompete the coralline and eventually overtook the tank. It was the stringy red version. I took carbon/gfo reactors out. Increased feeding from 2 to 3x’s a day. Dosed microbacter 7 and purple up periodically and installed UV. I’ve got the dino’s almost entirely gone, and new coralline is forming.

Today nitrates still tested 0 and phosphates .11(it has slowly climed from .01 five weeks ago). Do I wait till I get measurable nitrates before I reinstall my reactor, or should I be concerned with the rising phosphate? All coral is looking happy currently.
