To give you some perspective, I run 2 XR15 pros on my tank which is 22 inches deep and SPS with LPS. I use the 8 inch RMS standard mounts. I run the AB plus program at 68% intensity.

My tank is only 14 months old and I only added SPS about 4 months ago. Overall the health of the tank is terrific right now. All the corals have vibrant colors with slow but consistent growth occurring.

I would say the XR15 is a powerful light for a small tank and you probably want to start off somewhere around 40% overall intensity via the schedule adjustment. Guage your corals response and slowly increase intensity as needed.
