Hello Lxn, unfortunately you cannot just buy a compatible plug, it requires a very specific cable based on the controller set that you have. We even have 3 different versions that all have that same connector.

Can you provide photos of the stickers on the inside of the leg so I can let you know which cable you need? Should say something like 240 sst or similar.

Hello Lxn, Sorry I was out yesterday.

I need photos of the sticker on the inside of the leg before I can tell you what you need to buy. They will say something like 240 SST4 or something like that. Please provide photos of all these stickers (bottom side, inside the legs) then I can tell you which cable you need.

Thank you for the photos however the portion of the box we need a photo of is not included. There are stickers on the inside of the legs. That is what we need to see.

Lol you are making this more complicated than it really is. Grab the controller with LCD screen facing you. Flip it over so you are looking at the back side. There are two sets of "legs" with screw holes to attach the controller to a flat surface. On the back side right on the legs there is a white sticker with some letters and numbers. That's what they need to see to determine if you have a V1 or V2 controller.

    Hello Lxn!

You have an Original LED Powermodule. This could be Gen 1 (which has 20 LED Reflectors) or the Gen 2 (which has 13 LED Reflectors). They both use the following part for connecting to a PC Computer:
ATI2709-PART ATI 48" USB Computer Dongle for LED Powermodule - ORIGINAL VERSION
    $25.95

If you would like to purchase this item, please email me like you have been doing previously and we'll get it handled.

I would like to order an extra cable for my 60" 8 x 80 T5s and 4 x 75 LED but the sticker is missing on mine. Any help is appreciated.

I cringed a few times at his pictures. Figured I'd break it down for him as simple as possible.

Angel if you can provide a photo of your LED cluster I may be able to tell which version it is. Roughly how old it is would be helpful too.
