ATI style ceiling light hanging kit

I’m looking for an ATI style light hanging kit. I’m mainly looking for the part that attaches to the ceiling that the cable attaches to. I need To hang a 24 inch T5 fixture from my ceiling. Years ago I had an ATI fixture hanging from the ceiling that looked really nice. Trying to do something similar. I have everything that attaches to the light all I need are anchors to the ceiling and the cables down to the swivel.
