My ATK has been running for about four months now, no issues. Suddenly it won’t fill, even though water is below the sensor. I’ve unplugged the sensors, and the power to the ATK and I’m still having issues. Any idea why?

Try cleaning the sensor and make sure the port didn't get change to something else. Make sure it set as optical sensor.

How do I access this option, to make sure it is still optical sensor?

Now it’s saying switch one and two are both open.

Under the fmm middle you can do configuration. To access the port assignment.

Where is the fmm located? Is it possible I renamed it? Sorry for a dumb question, just can’t locate the fmm module...

I agree.....try cleaning the sensor. I use the smart micro ATO sensor, which is in my display tank. I clean it every couple months or so because it will get some algae on it.

It's under the modules section on the left corner. It'll look like a module for icon.

Try turning on your pump manually - ATK ->ON. That way you can verify PMUP is not bad.

Thank you everybody for your help, you especially scuzy. Woke up this morning and checked it, and it’s running every hour again, like normal. Weird, not sure why it stopped temporarily. Think I will still contact Neptune, as I’m going away for a four days next week.

Side note I don’t have any alarms set up, anyone have advice on what I should set up, and how exactly?

My switch 1 and 2 keep acting weird though, both open and both closed at the same time...

That's normal prior to ATO kicking on. Both open = low water. Both closed = too much water and upper sensor triggered. Sounds like your fill run time is too long

Doesn’t run too long, maybe a minute. I have the same code as you actually. Thank you for the clarification.
