So the PMUP that came with my ATK V2 works wonderfully in my ATO until the water level gets to ~2-3 inches ABOVE the pump. (10 gallon container and seems to start failing at 4g) ATK turns the pump on, it turns on and sounds like it's running dry but isn't.

Only way I've been able to fix this, is to take the pump out of the water briefly while it's running and put it back into the water essentially air priming it. On the next pass the pump works, and then the pass afterwards it starts to fail again. If I increase water in the ATO chamber the pump has no issues again either.

Also make sure that it is properly vertical. Mine pumps happily away until it hits that sensor and notifies me
