Im worried about the mandarin goby there's not a set up copo pod ecosystem yet. But if he eats frozen foods or live foods your fine.
You can check out the website Pod Your Reef. Super quality stuff. I knew the owner while he worked on his PhD at A&M. Doesn’t get better than having a scientist breed pods, bacteria, rotifers, etc.

You are correct. He DOES have a PhD and he IS a scientist culturing many pods, rotifers and some phyto that are not readily available at other places such as Rhodomonas. His bottles are about 1.5 - 2x the size of Algae Barn bottles and about 3x the size of Reef Nutrition Bottles, so by default the pods have more swimming room and look less "dense" than Algaebarn and Reef Nutrition bottles, but I've been happy with the results. Many that order pods that are NOT Tigger seem disappointed by "less pods" but Tig pods are just huge compared to Tisbe or other pods, so they can look small or like nothing is there, until close examination.

Hello! It’s been a while but I’m back with an update - the tank is going great. I probably wouldn’t try to move everything immediately and would instead let the tank sit fallow rather than trying to force the cycle (yes. I know. That is what everyone says). I never had any issues with cycling per we (no nitrite or ammonia) but the tank just lost the “maturity”/stability of my old tank. I did lose some coral , including some of my faves.

but, that said - my mandarins are still fat and happy.

and the equipment room is amazing - it’s like a dream compared to my old tank. Also attaching a photo of my dog who likes to sit in there with me when I do my testing.
