I will start adding fish soon. Stuck in Florida for 10 days visiting one of my favorite barrier islands...Longboat Key.

I would hate to be stuck in Florida for 10 days. Idk how you will be able to survive. Enjoy

Alright, just spent the day going through 59 pages. You have an amazing setup. Really looking forward to seeing that tank full of corals. Great work.

That calcium reactor looks like a beast. It has been awhile since I had seen any Reef Dynamics equipment posted here.

I don't hesitate to say that I think this is the best build thread on the site. It's not about the tank (breathtaking), the stand (exceptional), the lights (brilliant), your corals (unbelievable), or any other one piece. It's your meticulous attention to detail. Not only is your build planned simply and effectively down to the last, minute element, but the way you've catalogued it here is revealing of the organization and planning mindset. This is what a build thread should be. I appreciate the way you have uploaded pictures of everything, responded to each question and comment, and linked back to and re-uploaded images of things from 30 pages ago when people ask. When you decide to do something, you commit to it wholeheartedly, and it shows. Thanks for keeping us all in the loop, even when there's not much to show.
P.S. is there anything new to show? :D

When I started reading through this thread in my wildest dreams I didnt expect to still see it without fish and corals still by the end, my expectations have been WEELLLLL exceeded in this and many other categories! Amazing setup you have there can't wait to see it with fins and polyps.

I hope all is well with you and that the lack of posts since July is due to not much going on (or perhaps too much going on and you wanted to keep us in suspense) and not something bad.

As @Chibils said this is how a build thread should be.

Will start adding fish when I get back from vacation. It will give me some time to finalize what types of fish will be added, although I have a good idea it will include some Hawaiian yellow tangs (Zebrasoma flavescens). John Coppolino (copps) years ago gave me some tips on adding a school of pygmy (cherub) angelfish which I may add as well. I lost a black tang (Zebrasoma rostratum) a few years ago and would like to add another to this project as well.

I am very curious as to the advice given about the pygmy angels
