AZ FRAG Presents:
Odysea: A Special Behind the Scenes Tour!
Saturday, August 12th, 8PM @ Odysea in Scottsdale

It’s time for the August AZ FRAG meeting! This meeting will take place at a special location on the east side of the valley; Odysea will be offering us a private behind the scenes tour at a special rate and time! Odysea is located at: 9500 East Vía de Ventura A-100, Scottsdale, AZ 85256.
For the special rate of $10/each, a private behind the scenes tour will take place at Odysea exclusively for AZ FRAG at 8PM on Saturday the 12th. However, this tour is strictly limited to the first 30 respondents! With this attendance limitation, AZ FRAG is requesting that no member bring more than one immediate family member along with them. If you commit to attending, send us a note to [email protected]. Please be sure to include the number of attendees, 1 or 2 (including yourself). We will reply to emails in the order received to confirm your reservation.
The tour will begin at 8PM SHARP and will last approximately one hour. Be sure to arrive to Odysea by 7:30PM - raffle will take place around 7:45 before the tour starts at 8PM. The tour will only include the backside of the venue (behind the scenes). If you are interested in viewing the aquarium from the front (public) side before our private tour, then Odysea is offering a special summer rate after 4PM for $25 admission. As Odysea has been kind enough to invite us to their venue, we have a few additional ground rules to cover for this meeting. We must emphasize that your family member, if applicable, must remain with you at all times. How we conduct ourselves as a group may affect our standing with Odysea so let’s not spoil that relationship. No food allowed at any time on the tour. Cameras/photography are only permitted during the front of house portions - no photos or cameras are permitted on the behind the scenes tour. One more important rule: Do not bring any frags to give/sell/trade with others at the event. No bags of water are permitted inside the premises - this is a quarantine issue.
As always, we will have a raffle for our club members, but this raffle will only feature one special item: one adult annual pass to Odysea! The raffle will take place BEFORE the tour, around 7:45 PM. All proceeds go to AZ FRAG for funding future events. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, and each registered member receives one free raffle ticket.
So come out and bring your reefing spirit! We hope you can join us.
