Baby aiptasia? Tube worm?

I found this guy pop up a week or 2 ago. My first thought was aiptasia. I looked a long time for what a new aiptasia looks like and none looked like this. It does retract into the rock like a tube worm would. I had dry rock and added 2 frags months ago. Any thoughts are appreciated.
