Need a small tank for them. Feed rotifers if you can get them.
Had a culture going about two weeks ago but it crashed. Just my luck. Ordered some tonight but probably won’t get here till tue if I am lucky. The only LFS that sells them is closed till wed. I do have live phyto. Will they eat that? Are they ok with a tank with an airline I thought I read somewhere the the bubbles can kill them? Does this sound correct? Right now I have them in 1/4 inch of water so the water can get oxygen

I could be wrong, but harlequin shrimp, even babies, will only eat starfish. You should contact Algaebarn to see if they can help walk you through what can be done.

Phone pics with zoom lenses attached. You still have to click on the picture to see them. They bounce around like fleas. Kind of cute to watch them bounce off the edge of the bowl make a circle and bounce back to the edge. Right now I have them in a fish bowl with live phytoplankton I culture and will eat (at least that is what I read) two different kinds that I culture with an airline on about 3 bubbles a second with filter floss stuck in the end to soften the flow of the bubbles. Not sure how else to add oxygen without airline /bubbles?Decapsulated brine will be here tomorrow and rotifers on Tuesday. Hopefully I can keep them till then

I have no clue. Will have to do some more reading. Not too much hardly anything online on how to raise them. Other than pods and rotifers I have not tried to raise anything. Fingers crossed

If they survive till Tuesday when the rodifers arrive (of course she gave birth on a Sunday and the only LFS that has rotifers in stock is not open till wed—decapsulated brine will be here tomorrow—if no shipping issues occur) I will spend my day off on Tuesday building one of these. All I need is a hang on the back filter that I can pick up right around the corner. Have some established bio media I can place in the tank as well. If I get as far as their first molt one of my LFS will gladly give me some asterina starfish. Apparently these shrimp are near impossible to captive breed so I have already accepted the fact that this might no go according to plan. I will give it my best shot with fingers and toes crossed though!

Phyto , then phyto enriched rotofers , then pods
Thank you so much. Is there a timeline or a certain amount of days where I switch from phyto to gutloaded rotifers then pods? Do you happen to know what kind of pod I need? Thank you so much for your help
