I have a baby rose tip anemone I purchased and it doesn't seem to like its environment since the get go, but it seems to be surviving, barely any suggestions?

We are going to need more detail about your tank. Size, age and parameters should be posted for good analysis
Sorry took so long to get back. Originally it was a 2 tank system for about 3 years, 1st year was bad, found out lava rocks bad for tr tanks, then afterwards good, I was checking my ammonia, nitrates and nitrites, and up until a week ago, were always fine for the 2 years, then about a week ago, about a month after getting the anemone, the top tank separated, the bottom glass did and lost about 1/3rd of water before I could get all moved to the 20 gallon tank, then got a new tank, set up with the 1/3rd of the water that was left, the live sand that was still good, filled it the rest of the way with salt water, then let it set for about 3 days till one of my clowns in the lower tank dies (had 4, 2 mating pairs) then I moved up into the 29 gallon tank 2 of the clown, 1 goby and the coral that you see with the anemone and a few hermits, snails and a fighting conch.
That's the story so far

He passed away, I believe the sand was the culprit. While he was leaving one rock moving across to another I found him in one spot with clear milky stuff spewing out of him, h didn't live long after that
