Hey all! I've been out of the hobby now for about 6 years and just getting back in and excited.
I finished all the prep work and leak testing for a nice 20 long display and had a few questions specifically regarding the sump. I have pretty high turnover (~200 gph) and flow, and I have a three chamber baffled 10 gallon sump beneath the tank. I have a AquaMaxx NF-1 Nano Protein Skimmer in the first chamber, and I love biodiversity so my plan is a fuge in the middle chamber with some sand, a live rock, and a chaeto ball, and the return puts up about 200 gph in the third chamber.
Before I start cycling and testing levels, do you guys think this is a good setup in terms of the nano skimmer and the chaeto fuge? I've got a nice ReefBreeders light and hoping to have a very diverse and colorful mixed nano reef in the end...
