Bones pulled right out. I love burnt ends. I've never made them
Check out Meat Church's video on country fried burnt ends. Too much trouble for me to make but i would sure like to try them. I can't get burnt ends to cook the way I've had them in bbq joints. Mine never taste very good to me. Love them when I've had them out.

Basically small meat trimmings (~1.5"cudes) from the brisket or butt. Take them, rub them, then glaze them. They are amazing. This pic in the tin tray are thr burnt ends. I highly recommend.
I've also seen them done with pork belly and they look amazing. One of these days I'm going to grab a slab from Costco and give it a try.

Lionfish is pretty good to eat , especially after it eats your prized wrasse. Well less the cleaning. There is a trick to it that I learned. Yepper go out to the restaurant and let someone else do the adventure. ha ha ha

Nope, not yet. But thank you for pointing them out.

I'm wondering why they don't make a charcoal pellet though.... being Kingsford. You'd think they'd make a charcoal pellet, but I don't see one. I love charcoal wood pellets. I mostly use 100% hickory or the charcoal pellets when I fire up my pellet smoker.

Any try one of those PID controllers?

I had a savanah stoker on my hold Traeger and I just put a smoke daddy on my tailgate set up. I am going to take the smoke daddy off I do not like the fan going on and off when I am powering from the generator. It also gets to hot right above the burn pot. It might work very good on a bigger unit with grid power.

Have you considered using lump charcoal instead of the pellets, great flavor with less to lug around to the games.
