Always looking for something to grill/smoke. Have to say I think my personal favorite is brisket. Have a Traeger which I built a stand for as I didn't like the spindly metal legs it came with.

No. I’ve had it on this stand for 3 years now. Nothing hot really touches the wood

I thought about doing something like what you did on an outdoor kitchen but the legs on my grill screw to the barrel so I’m afraid it will burn the wood.

So my smoker rusted out a year ago and I have been wanting to go bigger and more permanent. This is my old one it was awsome but I must move on Ive been talking for a year about this smokehouse/outdoor oven. Well I finally started last month. So I got the slab poured and the next few weekends...

Yeah they are fantastic did you get the smart smoker adapter? I just recently got it and its a game changer for smoking meats.

I have a flame boss for it, don’t ever use it to be honest. I’ll have to give it a try more often
