Done up a little cheese yesterday, much better than the smoked cheeses from the store.
I have a couple of tubes new in the box, never tried them. Mostly because I never remember having them.
Dangit, something new to try. Smoked white cheddar cheezits!

This is an example of the maze we were talking about and is shows a tube as well. There are tons of brands on the market and they all have their claim to fame. If you find one you like or are interested in shop around online, because like everything else someone has it for a better deal.
They pretty much do the same thing, load your pellets in and light them. Boils down to preference. I don't think you can go wrong with either one. The "only" draw back to the maze at times is the size. Other than that im trying to wear it out! The tube I would be able to use on my smaller grills or smokers.
