How did it turn out?
Bought a marie callender frozen apple pie. Smoked 225 for 3.5 hours. 350 last 30 minutes after adding the crumbs (added a little brown sugar for a bit of a twist). I used Traeger Signature pellets. After letting sit for two hours, I cut it up. Turned out great. Had a slight smoke flavor, but not to overwhelming. Def be doing this again, maybe try some different flavor pellets.

Anyone bake on their pellet grills? I want to try
1. Frozen apple pie from grocery store
2. Frozen pizza from grocery store

I have done pizzas on gas but not my pellet grill. My pellet grill does have a add on for pizza but I may try what they are doing in the video. Not sure my pellet grill will get that hot but it comes close. I would pre cook the meat some first though. Man that is a lot of grease getting in the pizza.

A local restaurant here is selling hand cut steaks to take home and cook. I’m grabbing a few strips and ribeyes for the grill tonight.

That's pretty cool!

I have one of those Masterbuilt electric smokers that run at that temp range and plenty of apple wood.

I didn’t think to grab a pic, but picked up some fresh 1” thick Swordfish today, marinated in a basil-garlic vinaigrette dressing and grilled. It was excellent.

Side of roasted cauliflower not to bad either.

Since I'm stuck in home, I'm sure glad I bought a pellet grill. I am trying eggs and bacon this morning.

That pizzas looks great. I went low and slow with mine, but think I will try high and fast next time as yours looks more appetizing.
