Bought a marie callender frozen apple pie. Smoked 225 for 3.5 hours. 350 last 30 minutes after adding the crumbs (added a little brown sugar for a bit of a twist). I used Traeger Signature pellets. After letting sit for two hours, I cut it up. Turned out great. Had a slight smoke flavor, but not to overwhelming. Def be doing this again, maybe try some different flavor pellets.How did it turn out?

That's pretty cool!
I have one of those Masterbuilt electric smokers that run at that temp range and plenty of apple wood.
A local restaurant here is selling hand cut steaks to take home and cook. I’m grabbing a few strips and ribeyes for the grill tonight.
