BBQing Reefers - What's on your grill/smoker?

Firer up the BBQ today! Probably going to have to put as much as will fit in the grill.

That looks fantastic.. Steak is one thing I have had very little of since getting the pellet smoker.
You have to try some reverse seared steaks. It is the absolute best way to cook it.

Smoker set at 225. I usually use hickory. Run the steak up to 135 internal temp. Pull off and let sit for 10 minutes. Put on hot grill (600-700) for 45-60 seconds a side. Let rest 10 minutes. Thick steaks are best for this method.

I haven't had great success with pellet grills and steaks, I either use the propane griddle or a cast iron pan inside. Prime rib is awesome on it though. Thanksgiving turkey is another great use for the pellet grill, frees up the oven too!

I've considered something like the below pic for steaks, but I don't want to spend the money...yet. I'd probably eat way too much steak if I got one.

Did a spatchcock turkey last thanksgiving was the best turkey I ever had.
