This is what I have or a similar style, mine's a few years old and I have only used it a few times. I usually grill my meats on a crappy charbroil offset smoker. A buddy of mine bought the cold smoke attachment for doing salmon and cheese.Got a pic of it?
Bought a marie callender frozen apple pie. Smoked 225 for 3.5 hours. 350 last 30 minutes after adding the crumbs (added a little brown sugar for a bit of a twist). I used Traeger Signature pellets. After letting sit for two hours, I cut it up. Turned out great. Had a slight smoke flavor, but not to overwhelming. Def be doing this again, maybe try some different flavor pellets.

Added some high temp sealer around the lid of the grill. Doing some baby back ribs and a loaf of blueberry bread today and must say, the seal helps so much. The smoke produced is so much better.
Sorry, sealer is misleading. It’s actually just a gasket.What’s high temp sealer?
