Been on my zoa frag for a while curious to know if you know what it is.

Ive had this zoa frag for around 5 months and these tentacle things are on it. They haven't spread to anywhere else in the tank and aren’t necessarily reproducing either. Should I keep this as it doesnt seem to be affecting the zoas or should I pull the rock out and try and pull them out?

I can also try and take a better quality photo if needed

I would say some sort of macroalgae. But I guess there are branching sponges?

It’s an algae, could be invasive if it starts to overgrow just dip the frag in some salt water and hidrogen peroxide

It looks like a branching sponge to me. To be sure if it's aiptasia, poke it with something. If it retracts, that's aiptasia. If not, probably sponge or algae.

You could pull a little bit off with tweezers (more should grow) and take a closer pic of it.
