How hard is it to make candles?

not too hard. you basically melt wax and pour it into a container. but its the other stuff like fragrance, wick size, wax type, pour temps, how they cool, how long they cure, etc that gets tricky.

My hobby now is driving/coaching/watching my kids hobbies. One of the reasons why I finally think now is the right time to start the tank is because I am at home a lot more often in middle age.

My wife and I do organic gardening. We raise veggies, flowers and herbs. Our 2 American Bulldogs are our Pride and Joy. I'm a Multi Media artist as well and have been hand making journals since 2018.

Aside from reefing I keep discus, enjoy fishing when the dreary British weather allows & love hiking.
I also spend too much time tinkering with my old British car which normally needs some kind of job attending to!
