Hate to say it but time is the answer. Do water changes, don't over feed, have some healthy snails, clean the glass after putting a clean filter sock in for a day or two, make sure skimmer is running optimally, etc.. and just wait.
I dont have a skimmer

Ok maybe ill put one of the smaller emerald crabs in and see how it works out.
Emerald crabs are 100% not reef safe. You can get lucky and get a good one, or you can get one like the two I had, that tore up all the xina in the tank and spread it all over.

Yes i feed marine snow phyto.
Is that live phyto/zooplankton? I dose with live phyto. There's probably no difference with respect to reef nutrition with either product, but I'm wondering if a processed product might increase waste (and encourage algal growth).

I dont have a skimmer
Skimmer or no skimmer there are very few short cuts to a mature reef tank. Some only take 12 months and some take a couple of years. Too many times in the past I tried to fix issues that are pretty much unfixable except normal routine maitainence and time. Been there, done that.

Take emerald crabs. Big mistake if you have prized coral. They eat anything.
