Best food for Goniopora/Alveopora

What do you all recommend for feeding Goniopora and Alveopora? Dry foods like reef roids or reef chili? Liquid foods like phytoplankton or zooplankton, or live phytoplankton? What type or brand have you had the most success with? I’m currently feeding some reef roids, gonioporas and alveoporas are corals I don’t have that much experience with, have only kept a couple over the years with varying degrees of success, and I’m just wondering what those that have had success are feeding.

Phyto drastically changed my success with goni/alveopora for the better. I only use live fresh phyto, but i cant make an educated argument whether it is actually better or not than dead phtlyto.

Phytoplankton , ab+, and coral heaven from ipsf worked for me

I use live phyto and my alvies/gonis are growing like crazy.

Iron and manganese. I’ve never fed my gonioporas, but dose these elements and others on a daily basis. I dose EasyBooster and SpsEvo as well, but only a couple mL a day. I also feed my fish several times a day.

I use reef candy by reef chasers and reef roids by polyp labs. Gonis love them both.
