Talk tank such as 60g cube with real or fake seaweed yet good filtration and gentle flow
They’re slow swimmers and feeders eating brine shrimp, cyclops, copepods and mysis shrimp
Maintain water quality by monitoring with reliable test kits - no api brand either. If live seaweed, you will want some nitrate present.
Literally any lighting intensity will work but if live plants- at least 65wts

After some evolution with the tubs I settled on plain ole bare 10g with corner filters.
The fry don’t need to spin or tumble per se, I’ve raised quite a few with just super clean wiped down tanks and good flow from air driven filters.
In my short experience the biggest thing was tank cleanliness, nutritious foods and well conditioned parents
