Best way to buy LOTS of salt

What do you mean by bulk? How much are you actually looking for? A 250 isn't all that big.

Talk to your LFS. In person, or on the phone. They're almost always willing to do a bulk/group buy for a buck or two a box. Our club used to order a pallet at a time, and price was significantly cheaper than retail.

If your LFS won't, call around and find one that will, or call up one of the online places.

Check PetCo and Chewy when you want salt. One or the other nearly always has them on sale. IO and RC were like 28-32 for the 200 gallon box not long ago and I bought a bunch.

I am sure that you know this already, but there is nearly always somewhere cheaper than BRS if price is your goal... they are nearly never the cheapest except on MAP priced stuff.
