Best way to remove smudges on inside of tank glass?

It appears there’s 100 ways to skin a cat. I’ve read about cleaning the inside of my tank up to my eyeballs and still haven’t decided what the best, non-abrasive way to clean my glass aquarium with curved glass is. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve heard mag float is good, but some say the magnet is weak). Some say the magic eraser original is great, but some say it’s dangerous to the fish, etc...etc... and others sharply disagree. Is there a widely agreed upon way that won’t scratch the glass or hurt the fish?

I almost went with the glass scrubber from Petco until a review showed these pics of their scratched up glass.

The flipper seemed like a good idea but it doesn’t appear it may do as well on curved glass.

I enjoy dipping my hand in the tank with a shoulder glove and using a mr clean magic eraser to remove the algae as much as possible vs letting it float around the tank.

I usually just use a clean rag on the inside. I stick my arm in there and wipe. 100% cotton tshirt or microfiber cloth is best

i use either on both glass and acrylic,magic eraser "original" or just a sponge by hand.
careful not to pick up sand..

Tractor supply has em. They’re for sticking your arm up a girl cow’s... you know what

I got a cheap box from amazon and they leak horribly. Best to buy a thick well reputed brand.
Luckly I was not shoulder deep in a cow

If you dont want to stick your hand in and scrub you might try a heavier magnet
Something like

Floating Magnets – Mighty Magnet LLC

Then use a cutter bag

Take one of these pads

Cut it or fold it so you and make a hump between the bag and the magnet
This might help with the curvature of your tank

What they said. I use oversized magnets and stick fine filter pads under the magnet.
